Abstract

Pada aspek konseptual, buku ini menguraikan berbagai konsep dasar dalam hukum perdata Islam, seperti subjek dan objek hukum, akad, perikatan, serta prinsip-prinsip muamalah. Pembahasan ini menjadi penting sebagai fondasi awal dalam memahami struktur dan mekanisme hukum perdata Islam. Tanpa pemahaman yang kuat terhadap konsep-konsep dasar tersebut, akan sulit bagi pembaca untuk memahami kompleksitas permasalahan hukum yang muncul dalam praktik kehidupan sehari-hari.
