Abstract
The rapid expansion of the digital ecosystem presents new challenges in shaping early childhood character, particularly in strengthening integrity as a foundational moral value. While integrity education has traditionally been situated within character education discourse, instructional technology has primarily emphasized instructional effectiveness. This conceptual gap calls for an integrative framework that synthesizes moral development theory and educational technology paradigms. This monograph aims to formulate a technologybased instructional design framework that systematically positions integrity as a core learning outcome in early childhood education. Through a comprehensive literature review and conceptual synthesis, the I-TECH Framework (Integrity Based Technology Learning Framework) is proposed, consisting of five interrelated components: Integrity Goals, Technology Mediation, Experiential Learning, Collaborative Interaction, and Holistic Evaluation. The I-TECH Framework reconstructs instructional design paradigms by incorporating ethical dimensions as central design parameters, positioning technology not merely as a cognitive tool but as a mediator of value internalization. The framework contributes theoretically by expanding the scope of Educational Technology toward pedagogical, technological, and ethical integration, and offers practical implications for early childhood educators and digital education policy development. Ultimately, this monograph asserts that strengthening integrity in early childhood is not incidental but the result of consciously designed, value-oriented, and systemic learning environments within the digital era.
